We're thrilled to announce our latest addition to the entertainment at our lodge – a pool table! But let me tell you, getting this table here was quite the adventure.
First off, it took a team of eight of us to wrangle this beast of a table onto the back of a truck. The boys strapped and held down the table during the drive making sure it didn't decide to take a wild slide off the truck, especially given the bumpy ride with all those potholes along the way.
But the adventure didn't end there. Once we arrived, we faced the challenge of getting this incredibly heavy table up to the second floor. We strapped that pool table down and slowly, oh-so-carefully, hoisted it up to the second floor. I won't lie, it had us on edge the whole time, fearing it might just decide to make a grand entrance through our dorm room window!
The good news is, we made it happen! Now, with the pool table all set up, we couldn't be happier. It's a fantastic addition to our lodge, and we can't wait for our guests to enjoy it as much as we do.
